Public Documents, Minutes and Other Records

Committee meetings: Generally held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 8.00pm. Members of the public are welcome to attend. Minutes will be posted in the appropriate folder below as and when available. If you would like to raise an issue for discussion at the meeting please contact a committee member, preferably the Secretary or Chairman.
